STUDIO POLICY

ARRIVAL

• Please arrive 5-10 mins before class starts. If you will be late, please call the studio to let us know, if not, your spot may be given to a fellow member on the waitlist.

DURING CLASS

• Keeping a clean studio and our members safe is important to us. Because we all get sweaty while working out, we require grip socks on all classes. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio. 

• Please wipe down your equipment after class. Our antibacterial wipes are EPA approved to kill germs and bacteria in just 15 seconds.

• Our Megaformers are spaced out at least 6 feet apart in accordance with State and Local leaders.

KEEPING IT CLEAN

• Megas are cleaned with a hospital/commercial grade electrostatic cleaner.

• Restrooms and Mega room are cleaned multiple times a day.

HEALTH

• Please do not come to class if you are not feeling well, have a runny nose, a cough, have a fever, or had a fever within 72 hours. 

​

SAFETY

• We take safety and security very seriously. For this reason, we use closed circuit cameras within our facility.

CANCELLATION

• LATE CANCEL: Classes not cancelled 8 hours before your scheduled class will be charged a late cancel fee of $15 for Unlimited Membership and a loss of the class credit for Mega 4, Mega 8 and Mega 12 Memberships. 

• NO SHOW:  If you do not late cancel there will be a no show fee of $20.

• To cancel monthly membership, at least 10 days written notice is required the before next scheduled auto-pay. Must be emailed to info@luxlagreefit.com
